Structured. Honest. Grounded in how your adult brain actually learns. Built by a native teacher with a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology, for people who want to actually speak French, not just collect a streak.
I didn't set out to build a French school. I set out, in my twenties, to understand how adults actually learn, adapt, and change. I hold a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology, spent six years reading humans as a recruiter, and tutored Neuropsychology and Social Psychology students along the way. The science of learning has been my real subject for a long time.
French came later. Friends and colleagues in Berlin kept asking me to teach them, because nothing they had tried worked. I eventually said yes, built a method around what psychology actually says about adult memory and motivation, and I haven't looked back since.
I built Le French Please for the adult who is tired of being talked down to. No streaks. No confetti. Just a serious, structured method for people who want to actually speak.
15 questions to discover your current level, and get a personalized study plan with the exact steps to reach your next milestone.
No mystery. No "we'll see when we get there." A transparent, step-by-step process so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
Each is grounded in research on how adult memory and motivation actually function. Together, they explain why this method works when almost nothing else does.
You learn chien by pairing it directly with an image of a dog, not with the English word. Your brain builds a French neural pathway from day one, instead of a translation habit that will sabotage you forever.
You don't need two hours a day. You need short, dense sessions of around twenty minutes, with the material revisited later in the same day. Work smart, not long.
Each lesson adds a single element that slots into what you already have. No overwhelm. Across twenty lessons, the compound effect is enormous, and you barely notice it happening.
You don't just learn French. You learn how to learn it, permanently. When the work is done, you walk away with a toolkit that lasts a lifetime.
You don't pick from menus. You produce language. From the early lessons, you describe, you write, you say. Which is the difference between a quiz score and a conversation.
Every lesson was designed, taught, and refined by a native speaker with a Master's in psychology. No AI scripts, no generic curriculum. A real method, built for adults who want to actually speak.
From private 1:1 lessons available today, to a full self-paced course launching in September, three ways into the same method.
Personalized lessons, tailored to your goals, with full attention from start to finish. Three pack sizes so you can match your commitment to your timeline.
The same 20 hours as Mastery, compressed into two weeks for maximum momentum. For when regular pacing isn't enough and you need to move fast.
A structured, self-paced video course covering A0 to B1. The method I use 1:1, packaged for adults who want to learn at their own pace. Limited founding cohort of 30 students opening in September, with founding cohort pricing.
I'm not going to put fake names and stock photos here just because every other course does. The first cohort of the self-paced course will be invited to share their experience, and I'll publish those stories as they come in, with names, with permission, and only if they reflect what actually happened.
In the meantime, the best way to know if the method works for you is to try it. Take the free placement quiz, book a discovery call, or read the manifesto. The work speaks for itself.
Three levels of commitment, all with the same method. The longer you commit, the lower your hourly rate, and the deeper we can go.
Perfect if you want to meet me first and see how we click before committing to a pack. One full hour, same method, full attention.
Not sure which option fits you? Start with a free 30-minute Discovery Call and let's decide together.
If yours isn't here, write to me at [email protected] and I'll answer personally.
